Along with being proficient in the skills and equipment needed to get to you and to get you out, we also provide professional first aid, pre-hospital care and transport for medical emergencies
With the technology these days less people are getting lost and more and more Search and Rescue is being called for medical emergencies and injuries that happen in the backcountry or other inaccessible places. If you or someone you know needs medical attention in the mountains, on the water or on a trail we can help.
All of our team members are trained in First Aid and we have many professional First Responders to help you when you need it most
To maintain safety for our team members in the countless situations we may encounter and to provide you with the best care possible all of our members are trained and continue to train in first aid and medical skills. We also have many professional first responders on our team including doctors, nurses, paramedics and other advanced first aiders. All of us practice our skills regularly through team training, courses and hands on experience. Our dedication to providing the best care possible also means we strive to use the best equipment to help us help you. With help from our community we have been able to acquire some amazing tools including stretchers, splints, automatic CPR machine, AEDs and training simulators. All of this contributes to us being able to help when needed and provide the best care possible.
